u guyz made a memorable 23th Bdae for me... we shall always be bonded by this moment!!!

Grappling for Strength and Self Defense. Attaining Leverage, Speed, Courage, Timing, Flow and New Friends.
Listen to her scream, supporters for Xiao Shan, vote for her =D
How you guys think Cai Ping fare? Vote for her!
Soft spoken Luan Yin, listen to her ROAR, I meant scream =D
End of the day, we all had fun, I went deaf, but still fun. We might host another competition next time, lets see, how about who can withstand a choke by our girl team the longest? I volunteer to be the judge this time =P
PS: Voting ends this sunday, winner gets to throw me this time? Without matts?
How about this? Flying Arm-Bar Not! Yee Chok and Hark Keat is trying to figure out hows Flying Arm-Bar is done, well, they did it, not without falling a few times =D
We had a great laugh =P
I guess you guys know whats KIAI master? Go YouTube and type KIAI master and you'll see =D
Now, Hark Keat masters the technique of using KIAI's Qi Gong. In short, Yi Yang Zi? Whatever its called, Hark Keat managed to use his fingers, both of them, to alter and disrupt the "qi" of our bodies, causing us to lose our balance and fall.
Demonstration by Hark Keat, usually people pay for this, this time, its free, BEHOLD
Finally, a proper Throw, serious this time. FYI, you guys know how heavy is a packet of rice? Its approximately 10kg per pack. Let's not talk bout the 5kg ones this time. Alright 10kg of rice, so one day, I asked Chee Tiong, "Hey pal, how much you weigh?", he answered, " 10 packs of rice". From then, we named him " Zup Bao Bi " aka "10 packs of rice " in hokkien.
So story goes like this, Jonathan always want to know how heavy exactly is 10packs of rice and how it felt throwing them? Chee Tiong volunteered himself and Jonathan, effortless threw Chee Tiong off his feet. Thank you Chee Tiong for being so sporting ^^
LASTLY, The BIGGEST LAUGH OF ALL,
We were trying some Throws and We suggested the Ladies to try out on the guys. Well, Kenneth is the lucky volunteer and I seriously think Luan Yin did a great job. Though the Throw didn't turn out as expected, still, she threw Kenneth off alright. Kenneth landed on his face =D
Great laugh again =P

PS: No one is seriously hurt after the walk =D

Our Team went to support Farhan and the rest of the competitors from Singapore. Good job to everyone. Hope in no time, BJJ will be more well establish in Singapore.
The Usual practice, after training, its time to beat the SHIT outta someone. And the selected one is Kenneth. Took us a while to take him down and got him into this position. Most important of all, I put on my Timberland boots and gave him a groin rub treatment, he tapped =D
Jason thought he could have escaped, well, its all well planned =D
Firstly, we have the EEE( Electrical & Electronic Engineering) boys to cut the power supply, which instantly blinds jason, Civil Engineering boys to draft a building layout and blocked all escape routes. Computer Engineering had taken care of all alarm system, handicapping all CCTV signals and computer controlled door. Lastly NIE girls took the liberty to brainwash those whose not involved in this operation, making sure the next operation, everyone will be involved =D
Thanks to everyone from ntu bjj, mission accomplished
Well apparantly Hark Keat wasn't able to find Jason when we took out the power supply, he went for Yu Hao instead, Good job anyway =D
This Mutha-Ass-Bangers double crossed me!! And worse still, this time Jason joined in.
Thanks Jason, my Fav Instructor @#$%^&
