Tough Time doesn't last, Tough Students Do

Well, the topic speaks for itself. We study hard, therefore, play extra hard!

Every now and then, I tell myself, how tough life is, how tough studying is, how tough waking up early is and how tough listening to my granny is, it doesn't last. What really last and stays, are beautiful memories and beautiful time

I live my life to the fullest, at least thats what I like to think so and I believe everyone is the same. So enough talking, its time for some action and laughter.

Everyone saw Arm-Bars, Take Downs and other techniques, now its time to disclose the NG's. I'm gonna disclosed our private training, especially the funny ones =D

Behold, not suitable for the weak hearted.

How about this? Flying Arm-Bar Not! Yee Chok and Hark Keat is trying to figure out hows Flying Arm-Bar is done, well, they did it, not without falling a few times =D

We had a great laugh =P

I guess you guys know whats KIAI master? Go YouTube and type KIAI master and you'll see =D

Now, Hark Keat masters the technique of using KIAI's Qi Gong. In short, Yi Yang Zi? Whatever its called, Hark Keat managed to use his fingers, both of them, to alter and disrupt the "qi" of our bodies, causing us to lose our balance and fall.

Demonstration by Hark Keat, usually people pay for this, this time, its free, BEHOLD

Finally, a proper Throw, serious this time. FYI, you guys know how heavy is a packet of rice? Its approximately 10kg per pack. Let's not talk bout the 5kg ones this time. Alright 10kg of rice, so one day, I asked Chee Tiong, "Hey pal, how much you weigh?", he answered, " 10 packs of rice". From then, we named him " Zup Bao Bi " aka "10 packs of rice " in hokkien.

So story goes like this, Jonathan always want to know how heavy exactly is 10packs of rice and how it felt throwing them? Chee Tiong volunteered himself and Jonathan, effortless threw Chee Tiong off his feet. Thank you Chee Tiong for being so sporting ^^

LASTLY, The BIGGEST LAUGH OF ALL,

We were trying some Throws and We suggested the Ladies to try out on the guys. Well, Kenneth is the lucky volunteer and I seriously think Luan Yin did a great job. Though the Throw didn't turn out as expected, still, she threw Kenneth off alright. Kenneth landed on his face =D

Great laugh again =P
